The managament Committee is an internal body within the CALESA project´s management structure.
Composition and Functions
It is composed by the coordinator of the project, its project manager and the members of the Coordinating Institution´s International Project´s Office. It is reponsible for:
✓ The technical and financial management of the project
✓ The receival and consolidation of partners´ individual internal reports
✓ The development of the project´s financial and technical internal reports in due time
✓ The development and submission of the project´s EACEA reports in due time ✓ The assistance of all partners in the management of the project within their own institutions
Management Committee’s Meetings
The MC holds regular meetings twice every year ordinarily but might extraordinary meetings might be called whenever needed.
