The organizational activities in Work Package 1 are the most appropriate to orgnize the Kick-off meeting. It has been diveided in two parts (Academic and Management) in order separate the two more importants pillars of this Project. On the other hand, the context studies are needed so that the experts from the Programme Country HEIs can tailor their presentations to the specific requirements of the Partner Country HEIs. The studies are feasible since such types of studies are regularly done by the Partner Country HEIs in the regular course of business.
